Well it's been over a year and I am getting grief for not updating more often...so here goes!
We have had a lot going on this year. We have had service projects, parties, fellowship events and a very successful mission trip. Our graduating seniors will be missed, but we wish them well in their future educational endeavors and we hope that they will continue to grow in their relationship with Christ as they move on into "the real world".
We are excited about the incoming group of sixth graders, and we know that they will make an impact on our group dynamic this year.
Just a reminder that confirmation classes are now forming for the fall and if you haven't signed up for one, please do so by contacting the church office. 6th graders will attend a class taught by me and everyone else will attend a class taught by Pastor Matt, both on Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm in the youth building.
We will be meeting as a group (the whole youth group) from 7-8 on Wednesdays after the confirmation classes end. This is new from last year's format of Weds. nights for Sr High and Thursday nights for Jr High.
